"They have the worst customer service. They don’t greet you as you come in. They don’t make you feel welcome or happy you buy the clothes. They don’t want you to touch the items to look for a size. Then when you ask for a size they don’t like to answer you. So I had to ask him again. He was very rude and so were the other two girls that were there with him that evening. I only bought the t shirt because I couldn’t wait for shipping due to the fact that I am going on a trip and needed asap. Will never be going back there again. If they don’t want to work they should have just taken the day off. That’s a horrible way to run a business. Great customer service is the key to successful business."

You rarely find places around in Miami where you are actually treated with respect and are assisted with a smile. My family and I went here today and he helped us find everything we needed from different colored shirts to different sizes. He went out of his way for all of us to be happy with everything that we were buying and he was a pleasure to deal with. "I have read the other comments and they state that their clients are their priority this is not true in my experience this is the first time I purchase from this brand and it is going to be the last... I made a purchase online and I was very excited to do matching shirts for my husband and son as it turns out I received them in different dates and in different packages my two purchases first my son's shirt then my husband's but when I opened it instead of receiving the men's shirt they sent me a completely different shirt a kids shirt different price of what I already paid and I email customer service and they give me the option to go to a store to make the return the closest store to me is this one in Dadeland I explain what happened to the manager Christopher he said was his name didn't want to give me the last name i gave my email my order shows up and as it turns out I get told by manager Christopher that I must have had another order that's the first implies I'm lying, I tell him no and repeat myself what the issue was. They don't have the shirt in store so he tells me that I have to contact customer service which I had done I show him the emails and the responses and he still refused to get the merchandise back tells me that in order to get the merchandise back he has to receive an email from customer service itself, I showed him my emails with customer service, showed him the receipts, he saw my order in his iPad and didn't want to do his job. I'm still in time to return but this experience was bad and gave me a headache and they don't have respect for customers' time or money. Then I call the customer's service number and no one answers."

"The store is located inside the Dadeland mall near . You can park in the Dadeland parking lot which is huge and they also have a parking lot with the roof and all. In the store, they have a great variety of nice clothes and accessories, The service of lizzie who took care of us was very nice and very knowledgeable about the store. A++++ the prices are great considering the fact that this is great Brand store. We cane for Cyber Monday to check the DEALS."
