"It is very difficult to order because the cashier does not comprehend English. She spoke Spanish. It's not cool. I am all for people working in America, but please learn the language if you're dealing with the general public. Management should make changes. The food is what I expected. The eating area was clean."

"Oh, dear! The food was just alright, when I went inside to order my meal, all I could hear was the manager yelling at the young lady by the window. It's absolutely not the right way to treat your employees, especially in front of customers."

"Reading is fundamental! I ordered online. A tropi-chop, a salad, yucca fries, keylime pie, and a coke. I arrived and told the cashier I was there to pick up my order. She handed me a bag. In it was the tropi-chop, salad, and yucca fries. I noticed the pie was missing right away and if I didn't bring that to my husband, I would never hear the end of it! I told the cashier and she questioned, "it's not in there?" I said no and she got me the pie. While I waited, I also noticed I was missing utensils and the sauces I requested. I asked for that too. Again she asked, "it's not in there?" Nope! So off she went to get me that and then I looked at my order on my phone to make sure I remembered everything I ordered and they also forgot my drink! So I reminded her about my coke. "It's not in there?" Honestly, I can't believe they got my tropi-chop and salad right. It tasted good but whoever reads the tickets and fulfills the orders really needs to READ and pack EVERYTHING."
