"Wow what a mess! It's like paying to dumpster dive. Nothing is organized in any fashion. Prices are really high IF it's even priced. Everything is dirty. No air conditioning and musty smell. A tinny, too loud stereo was blaring and the owner was using packing tape over and over and over. Is he a tape tester for Scotch or something?!? The noise was so annoying that after fifteen minutes my husband was asking to leave. Shame the customer experience is nowhere on their radar. It's a very small space and you have to be so careful not to knock over an entire shelf of items just to look at one little thing - it's really stressful. There are two isles in the store one was open and the other was being blocked by the owner, another pile of junk, and the packing tape ... guess it was an Ebay order? If you want the public to shop at your store at least make it where they can walk around. At the very least. Lots of Disney things priced extremely high. An ombre colored votive, glass, candle holder was $2.50. I can pay that for a new one at Target. A tool belt marked $30. There is no way anyone could resell anything they bought here at the high prices. Poor choice of store name if you ask me. I'm pretty sure the fantastic reviews are shills. Very disappointed, no plans to return."
"Stopped in on my lunch break, extremely friendly and fast service. Ashley was very attentive and even hand helped me pick out a present for my mothers birthday and a new coffee table for my house. An amazing and fun experience hidden gem in Lake Alfred"
"If I could give zero stars I would, so I have to settle for one. Went to the store to buy an item listed on Facebook Marketplace that was priced for $10. Arrived early before the store opened, when I asked about the item the response was "oh no that's not $10!". After showing him the listing stating $10 he responded, "oh Facebook wouldn't allow us to put the real price, so it's just a blast message". Even if this item was $100, Facebook would have allowed whatever price you want to list it as. Even if this was the case the description should have stated otherwise This is bad business practice and is considered "hawking" just to get customers in the store, which is illegal. Employee stated they have other listings with inaccurate pricing because Facebook "won't allow them to put the actual selling price". I've never had a problem listing items on marketplace before from $1-10,000. I will not be coming back to this store again and the sad part is, I was wanting to buy other items in store but they lost that business as well. Post was reported to Facebook Marketplace as "inaccurate pricing and description" Word of mouth goes a long way especially when they don't realize their "could have been customer" is a frequent thrift and antique store shopper and is part of the consignment community."

"The BEST thrift store in Lake Alfred so far run by the two nicest owners who are always down for a bargain. This place is why we all love thrift stores in the first place, it's how (now way too over-priced) Goodwill and the Salvation Army USED to be back in the day when you could find brand new items or used designer things that are still high quality and in great condition for dirt cheap. They are packed with ginormous selections of cool, useful items, and has everything you could need or want at by far, the cheapest than any other thrift shop in Polk County. I am in love with this store. Check it out cuz it's worth it! Check this place out!"
