"5 star experience all the way. I asked the owner, Ozgur, to embroider a semi-difficult logo onto a hat for my Sarasota business, Home Handy. Because the lettering in the slogan is so small, the first design was pretty rough. He offered to make changes to the hat for me for free. We decided to go with a patch to apply to the hat and it came out PERFECTLY! He even went above and beyond to purchase other materials to create my patch and fixed it to the hat for me! To top it off, he spent time with me helping me to select the exact right shirts for my subcontractors. This is why I shop locally. Outstanding, personalized customer service and reasonable pricing!
