"I paid for express to get my shirts done. They told me 2-3days. Unfortunately it took 2 weeks for me to get my shirts back. I never got a call or text saying my shirts were going to take longer. I had to ask for a refund on the express payment, which he agreed to. When it was time to pick up, the person was not available according to his shop hours. So I had to make another inconvenient trip (gas is too high) to pick up my shirts. Better communication on order status, and being in place according to the store hours advertised would have made this experience a lot smoother. The embroidery on my shirt looks great."
