"This is in the student union of USF. They did a great job. They had great customer service from the person ringing us up to those that delivered the food to us with a smile. You can even use your Panera bread phone number to get rewards at this place. I had a chai tea latte with almond milk and an extra pump of chai and a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich on an asiago bagel. Both were very delicious."
"The chef who warmed up my everything bagel was Chef Mike… as in microwave. It was not crispy at all; more like rubbery. How can anyone screw up on a bagel? Panera found a way how. Tea and smoothie are drinkable which is why 2 stars are provided. Bring back Einstein Bagels!"
