"Decided to bring my family to Panera for the first time, the cashier (Trinity) was helpful at explaining the menu due to the Pick2 option it was very ridiculous and hard to understand. Bit thankfully she was more than willing to explain the menu and even suggested getting the wild rice soup. The music wasn’t too loud, but it was very cold inside. Overall pleasant experience"
"I usually like this place, but today I got disappointed with my order. I got Half Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich which wasn’t that I expected at all. 2 slices of bread with a slice of tomato, a little bit lettuce and chicken. Ugly made and missing ingredients. So frustrating!"
"They gave me the wrong order I want to take sandwiches and they give me regular the sandwiches they don’t even have green tea available. They don’t have teriyaki salad available. There’s always an issue with the store here in Waterford Lake I spent almost $70 remind me on the give me the wrong meal. This is ridiculous first and last time that I come here to the store, they only have little kids working here and even the management are young little kids they always playing."
