"This was crazy and also very disappointed. I ordered an egg, cheese and bacon biscuit for my breakfast. When I open it, it was a pain biscuit, nothing in it. As an expected mom, you ruined my day. I know this McDonald screwed up my order a few times, so I checked the bag every time. However, I would not open the wrap to expect a wrong order there."
"The employees and manager desperately need to work on customer service, manners, social skills, safety practices and being polite. They should be ashamed of their poor behavior! They do not need to defend their rude behavior either- it only makes them look even worse. The employees need to feel healthy doses of guilt and remorse for their disgraceful actions. The staff must cultivate a sense of self awareness at this McDonald’s. Take some pride in your work, in yourselves and in the fact that you are representing a major company. You are making Macdonald’s look like an unpleasant corporation of selfish jerks! Going to McDonald’s should be a light hearted, friendly and pleasant experience for everyone at all times!"

"I’m curious as to what time the dining area actually closes. The door says it closes at 11 but when my family tried to dine the doors were locked before 10pm. People were in the facility eating and the employees didn’t bat an eye, come to the door to explain anything literally just looked the other way as we stood at the door wondering why it was locked. CAN WE GET AN ADULT WITH COMMON SENSE AT THIS LOCATION? A bunch of kids with no manners run this McDonald’s and it’s ridiculous."
