"lol by all means, stand clear of this by all means. The lady bringing the food to the counter was screaming at people, telling her coworkers to get these people and being extremely rude. Holy hell the most miserable and worst customer service I’ve ever seen or been apart of, if the service went viral on TikTok this store would be closed down in a heartbeat. Don’t waste your money here at all."
"They took the play area out and put in self checkout and tables. My kids did love going there until we showed up on a rainy day and couldn't play. Not a comfortable atmosphere at all. Food cold and remade the same. Only reason for to on service cause the girl seemed fairly new and didn't have a clue. Too nervous to smile. Get it together. Fun friendly service it once was now it's just there."
"Thanks to my roommate for allowing to take his son to Crayola Experience. This lil fella had himself a blast and I had a blast just watching him. If you are in the Orlando area with children I strongly encourage you to bring the little ones here. They will love it. Adults do not come alone nor without toddlers."
