"Our experience here was the best customer service I may have ever seen. There was steady traffic In the store as well, besides my family. Arianna helped us at least 3 times as I searched for gifts, shopped for myself, and even hunted down all the dragons in the store for my 11 year old to make her purchase. It was brilliant prior to our leaving the store. However, when we walked to Francesca’s and the girl at the counter didn’t look up from her phone it became even more stellar. Great hiring at this location and training. Arianna was a delight."

"Went with my mom, red haired lady at the register made sure to stop us mid shopping to “let me know my skirt is short and if she was my mom blablabla” it just came across really rude because you’re not my mom, i’m above drinking age whether you could see up my skirt or not there’s shorts underneath, like don’t look mind your own business ? made the experience really uncomfortable like the only person sexualizing me is you. almost left right then but i didn’t want to let some jerk ruin my shopping because she wanted to mother my dress code."
