"Ordered a cheese pizza, Nutella flatbread, and chicken quesadilla. We got a cold quesadilla with unmelted cheese and 2 cheese pizzas (no Nutella flatbread). Refrigerator cold chicken is very disconcerting in a quesadilla. Asked them up front about the Nutella flatbread and middle aged lady said “no, you said only cheese”. I guess she thinks a 6yr old skinny kid can put down 2 pizzas…. Pretty awkward, there was for sure a language barrier in her communication/understanding. So she said no. We never got a Nutella flatbread. I did NOT trust them, so I cooked my quesadilla in the hotel microwave. It did not taste good."

"Bought a medium pizza from there. The cheese was more of a melted soup than a pizza style cheese. Couldn't cut it into peices because if the undercooked soupy cheese. Definately not worth the $16 they were asking for it. Microwave pizza is better."

"Waited 5 minutes without being acknowledged while 3 people could see us. Someone finally spoke to us just to say we had to order at the next window and then proceeded to help the 2 groups behind us while we waited at the next window. Left without ordering as that was terrible customer service."
