"(Laura)I can admit we were suppose to have it done by the next day but we had a family emergency come up. You did come by and we did tell you we would have it done in a hour. Which we did. Now the detail about us sending you fabric pictures is not the truth because you picked out everything before you left. We can’t complete a personalized order with out the details of knowing what we are suppose to do. We didn’t send you pictures of the finished product because you were suppose to come back at one to pick it up. I do have pictures anyway. Now you probably heard us talking about another order that we also had to do last minute that someone else in our shop took that we didn’t know about. We even wrapped your order up in a gift bag with a thank you card because you said it was for your daughter. Barbra even called you at 1:00 to tell you it was ready and then again a hour before we closed to tell you that you could pick it up from her house after hours because it was a gift. Instead of assuming we were talking about your order not being finished you should have came to the counter and asked or called back instead of walking out assuming things ma’am. Your order is still ready and has been ready. If you choose to pick it up that’s fine if not also fine."

"Went in yesterday and special ordered two burp cloths and a bib. I asked how long it would take to have them ready and they told me they would be ready next day. They also told me they would send me some pictures to my phone once they found the fabric that they were going to use and that they would send that to me in a couple of hours. Well I never received the photos or the text message or anything else for that matter. I went in today to pick up the items and they weren’t done they hadn’t even started on them. They told me they’d be ready in an hour so I called in an hour and asked if they were ready and they said it was going to be at least another 30 minutes. So I went in after the 30 minutes Had passed and I don’t guess they heard me come in because they were discussing behind their work area how they still weren’t done with it, so I just walked out quietly. I will take my business elsewhere I have a deadline I’m going to be traveling and I informed them of this when I placed the order. I also informed them that I lived in Century and worked in Pensacola and that would be the only time I would be able to come and get them before leaving on my trip they assured me they would be ready. I do not recommend using this business if you are on a deadline they are extremely slow and they don’t do what they say they’re going to do either I won’t be back To shop here in the future."
