"I love Hot Topics. Did have to move around a bit of a crowd, but I expected that. I think they were also doing inventory when I stopped by, but that's not relevant to the experience. Found some good souvenirs and stuff for myself. Got signed up for the rewards program and got my birthday discount used that day, so that was a nice bonus. I do recommend a stop by if you are in the area!"
"Had my daughter and her bestie along for a trip to the beach. Afterwards they wanted to stop in and "browse" like only 12yo girls can. I made them an offer and they jumped at it. "Find a shirt you both like to commemorate your first outing of the Summer". It only took them 4 turns through the entire store to finalize their choice but I think it was worth the wait. The staff was super helpful and friendly as is the norm. My daughter will likely get her first job at Hot Topic and simply turn over her pay checks to them."
