"I walked in for the first time in this location I went to the shoe store assisting my employee and I have to say that I met Jose I have over 300 pairs of shoes and I can tell you that he was wonderful and I have to admit very friendly and help me find a pair of shoes that are extremely comfortable at the best rate I totally recommend this store they are incredible"

"Very big store with a lot of gear, accessories and clothes but not many options for some things such as baseball bats, mouth guards, basketball, football and extra but not really a problem because they have what you need and it is an excellent sports store “Every Season Stars at DICK’S”"

"Don’t expect customer service. Staff looks like they don’t like to be working there. The lady at the cashier didn’t talk at all. I was asking her questions and she would ignore me. Never said thank you for shopping with us, she didn’t show any type of smile the whole time. Also, she forgot to take off the security tag of one of the items, so the alarm sounded at the door and she didn’t show she was sorry for that. The worst store to buy in midtown."
