"As a luxury store manager who works for a company in the boca mall, I am absolutely appalled with the hiring that was completed in this store. TERRIBLE costumer service, the girls rather sit on their phone or have personal conversations. I asked for a size and the girl said “that’s it” didn’t even bother checking other stores or online and was very rude when asked. Does this store have conversion? Because no traffic was leveraged while I was in there… do better Steve Madden."

"They are really bad with deliveries! Every date they give you is not correct. They tell you 5-7 days but it takes 20 days a package to arrive! Now I am trying to cancel that order because I am away and they are the most difficult company when it comes to cancellation!!! No custom er satisfaction !!"

"Horrible!!! I ordered a shoe in this store for my wedding. The lady said i can pick that up the next day, it wasn’t there of course next day but 2 days later. They were different height, I couldn’t even walk in them. I took it back they said they order another one. I’ll have it in 2 days... I was waiting 5 days and i got 2 left shoes!!!! Next day, in the morning I had to go back again and try to find one normal pair of shoes!!! So much time i spent with this procedure, so much stress because my dress was made for that shoes so I needed that. They don’t even know what they’re doing! My 2. pair of shoes came from New York and they sent 2 lefties!! Still can’t believe how many times I had to call them and go to the store! Last time I was there the lady said they will call me or send me e-mail or just say something! Nothing happened! I’m so disappointed! I’ll never buy Steve Madden again or anybody who knows me!!!! 8 days nightmare before my wedding!!!!"

"I ordered a pair of shoes online and when I received them I found them a little tight, I called the store on two different occasions and asked if they had my size and they said they did. I called them AGAIN to ask if they still had it and they said they did and told them to please put I aside because I was on my way, when I got there they told me they only had one shoe and couldn't find the other one. The girl didn't seem to care or understand that people's time is important. Very unprofessional and no communication amongst them."
