"They seriously need to hire better staff here. Cashier let someone to the side of me who wasn't even in line get to order before me then walked off, can't tell if being disrespectful or just not paying attention to surroundings. This picture was taken during lunch time and no wonder it is so empty, who would want to come to a place where you are treated poorly."

"Every time I come to this particular store I’m always not satisfied because they always forget all the things that I ordered. I get home and I am missing with all the stuff that belongs to my order why is it. I asked the cashier to the drive through and she told me it comes with the sauce which is the barbecue, ranch and buffalo sauce and it’s supposed to be inside the box well can you see the sauce in the box. So I got a dinner one Sunday evening because I didn’t want to cook and the next day I found out that my bank closed my account because someone ordering on line at 400 am that next morning and the last time I used my card is when I went to kfc at the drive through and I just had a feeling something was going on because first of all it took a long time for the girl in the drive through to give my card back and the window are like blocked where you can’t really see what is going on but anyway that person was able to get 500 dollars of my money that I worked for and able to order baby clothes diaper and man and woman clothes mind you my baby is 20 years old why would I need a diaper when all my kids are grown. I had to call my bank to see what is going on cancel my card and get another card had to wait 10 to 15 days to get my money back and then file a police report. I will never go back to this kfc at Brandon because they are literally able to steal your money that you worked for and spend it without your knowledge. I will suggest that people who had been to this place need to look at your bank statements and see what they are able to buy from your own bank account because I know sometimes people don’t pay attention because your to busy on workings or you make to much money that you don’t even think that someone is already stealing your money."

"The picture on the family meal shows the bucket, biscuits, Mac and cheese and fries. Yet when I ordered it exactly how it is the picture I was told there will be an up charge for picking exactly what was on the picture no Mac and cheese she said unless I pay more"

"UPDATE: went to KFC what a DRASTIC CHANGE IN JUST A FEW YRS! I even have photos. words can not express enough how AWFUL the staff ALLOWED this food to go out like this. EVERYTHING WAS OVERCOOKED AND BURNT! Even the MAC WAS BURNT!! It breaks my heart because I have always loved KFC! I hope management fixes this, but I won't be visiting here for a long time, it literally made me sick, I threw everything away and made something else. Old review from 2 years ago:Yummy even for not having it for years, it definitely was delicious. Yet the girl at drive thru window forgot a lot of my food and even ordered a few things wrong. The manager fixed it, yet didn't say much or even apologize."
