"Overall great restaurant and ran great with good team members. We enjoy this checkers a lot as a family and the fact that it’s open at any time. We eat here often and it’s our go to place because of the staff and the great prices."

"It doesn't matter if you order in person or on line...if you don't order exactly as it comes it won't be right. They always mess up special orders. Never leave the place without looking. Today was the end...probably the 4th time in a row with mustard on the burger when it was clearly ordered without it. I will never go back...steak and shake here I come."

"Not sure who hired the guy scratching his stomach and looking like he was on something but I was very unhappy with the service. Took forever and had to repeat myself multiple times that he forgot my drink and he proceeded to ignored me until he came to and then he just shook his head at me. Never have I been so appalled and disrespected at the service received at a checkers. Please hire better employees…"

"The food was very good, the service not very good! they filled the glass with ice and then they weren't kind enough let alone the courtesy to give us some Soda, even knowing that the glass is loaded with ice. Today, September 6, 2023 at 3:26 p.m."

"If I could give 0 stars I would! First honestly I don't know why I even entertain this checkers. Not only is the food undercooked and disgusting customer service is just as bad. I've had 2 real bad experiences here. First incident, my son ordered food to be delivered directly from the their website and it was cancelled and not delivered on their end. We called the store because that's what their app told us to do. We spoke to the store manager and his response was there was 2 door dash drivers came and they prepared our food so there is nothing they can do. My son need to contact door dash. We explained to them that their app told us to call the store. The app showed it was canceled on their end and not delivered. Long story short the general manager hung up on my son and did not refund the money. Now I'm disputing with my credit card company. Second incident, which should have happen because I told my husband not to go there no more but men don't listen. So my husband went last night to pick up dinner and got me wings and they had blood in it. And when I took it back, the general manager told me it was just a vein and it was done. I quickly asked for my money back and will never return. See pics below and you guys tell me if my chicken was done. Just disgusting! Never again!"
