"Please be aware!!!! Most of the employees here seem to be very nice and courteous. One of them however, is without any business sense and it reflects poorly on the whole of the Scent Hound Team. My Wife paid for their membership and when she brought up poor service, bad cuts, and injuries to our dogs, this particular person fired back with how it was our problem and our dogs, but not her own. How do you blame your poor service on a sweet Family dog that laid on the groomers lap while her nails were trimmed. Nonetheless, we will be taking our pups somewhere else. I hope this review helps others, as I doubt the person I am speaking of will even admit any wrong doing."
