McDonald's

"Not one customer was greeted, 2 stood in line and order was never taken and walked out. Only way we got ours was ordering at the kiosk. They're obviously more concerned about being on their phones in the lobby!! SMH!"

"Ordered here a few days ago. Made an order on the app for pickup, app showed the order started once I got there which is no big deal. The gun began when the order showed done sitting in the curbside spot awaiting my food. 15 minutes later 6 vehicles came an went to get their orders after my order showed done. Walked in to see what was going on the order was sitting behind the counter food was done had been done and was cold once I received it. No matter what food and service just sucks. Guess that's what I get for ordering here. Not the first time it has happened."

"Guys ..... Y'all...... I can't tell you how many times my si.ole order has been wrong. And I don't mean with just this McDonald's, McDonalds' up and down the east coast. From Pennsylvania to Florida. My order is oh-so-simple. 2 McDoubles No Pickle XTRA XTRA ONION Very seldom has my order been right. And only twice did the employee from drive through feel my vibe and hook me up good! SO MANY KUDOS YO YALL BTW!!! Every now and again I get "NO Onion Xtra Pickle" on the ticket but the McDouble is made as it usually would be. Sometimes they simply don't add the changes to the ticket. But most of the time, as with this instance, the ticket is correct but the sandwich is WRONG... This tells me the line crew is simply not caring that I may or may not have a severe allergy pickle (I don't, fortunately) I don't want to be 'that customer' and bring the sandwiches back because the possibilities of how that scenario plays out are mostly unfavorable for me. So, here I am, doing the only thing I believe I can do in my current situation. I know your jobs may not be exotic or easy and you probably feel underpaid, underappreciated, and over worked. I know you have customers that can be.... Yq know... I applaud you all as I am terrified of working in the fast food industry altogether. So, consider this my plea! I am ADDICTED to McDonalds Rehydrated Diced Onions on a McDouble. (Not a single, not a double cheese, it has to be the McDouble) PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't make me have to get a temp job there only find out the supplier of the onions... and how exactly they are prepared. Remember, that's one of my worst nightmares, but for the opinion? Oh yes, worth it."

"This is one of the better McDonalds locations I have visited in years. Having just moved from Tampa Florida this year where there are 20+ McDonald's locations and each one worse than the one before it is refreshing to have such a great one just down the street. The lines are long but move quickly and the food has always been fresh and hot."

"Everytime I go, my order gets messed up. You can tell all the employees hate being there, just sucks the joy right out of you. Fries are always great tho."
