"I love the granola, oatmeal, French toast, cold brew, and the specialty lattes like the lavender latte. Also every pastries at Black Bear delightful! Pastries are on the sweet side. The cold brew had a nice nutty flavor which I drink black unsweetened. The only thing I don’t prefer here are the biscuits as they’re greasier than my taste. Otherwise everything is spot on!"

"Bread is pretty good, service experience is very poor for the customer. You are forced to pay 15% gratuity/tax and then asked to pay a tip on top for of all orders including takeout. Ordered a coffee, three loaves of bread, and two biscuits to go...almost $50 with the mandatory tip tax. I'm all for tipping 20% when sitting down with service, but for a coffee and putting bread in a bag...this is a bit much. Prices are high enough that the wages for staff should not be supplemented by putting this service tax on your customers...pay your people a better wage."

"Love this place. A great coffee spot. You will pay a premium but the lattes are delicious. Stayed in the area and went each morning. Staff is very friendly and the pastries looked amazing but I just stuck with a beverage."

"Miramar Beach, FL. Bring your super bougie friend for the best coffee and pastries in a boutique cafe. The service is warm, personable and genuinely kind. I got what they recommended as their favorite hot drink, the seasonal Cereal Milk latte with brown sugar, vanilla and cinnamon, plus the barista likes a mocha shot and oat milk in theirs so I got that too. It was sensational. That first sip with the heart coffee art in the foam on this chilly day—heaven. Patrons on this November Thursday at 7:40 am were probably retired vacationers like me. Quiet vocals played in the back as the two baristas happily chatted and we savored our drinks and woke up slowly. An older couple asked about purchasing a Black Bear Bread Company long-sleeved shirt as a souvenir but the last size small had been sold that morning. The bakery was, of course, mouthwatering. Its offerings looked healthier than most other bakeries. Because I’m on my way to a wedding and want to fit into my clothes I didn’t get the Fruit Danish but I was severely tempted to taste its flaky texture."

"My wife and I have been here a few times. They serve stump down coffee which we prefer to many other roasters. For a roaster that produces large quantities, they still maintain good quality. We each got the breakfast sandwich with bacon and egg on sourdough. We also got the grain bowl to share. Breakfast sandwiches were very good, but I think the grain bowl was the best if you're looking for a healthy green option."
