"The cashier Nashalie was definitely helpful, I returned something and she ordered me the shoes that weren't in stock, but she was alone in the whole store. How is this any way to run a business? Not fair for her or the customers."

"Worst customer service. They do not accept online returns even though the website says you can return to any store. I guess the employees don't want to deal with the hassle of it. Do not recommend this location or ordering online."

"They were scheduled to be open on Christmas eve till 8pm. I got here at 7pm. 8 employees ignored me. I get going home early but if your hours are till 8pm I think the employees should stay open till then. Otherwise adjust the store hours. What a waste of time."

"Another soon to be closed Footlocker. Selection is garbage, but the bigger issue is the staff. You ask to try on a shoe and they literally play hot potato with the shoe for 10 minutes, tossing it back and forth, going in the back and moving all over the store but they never bring the shoe out. I noticed this happen to several folks. When I asked about the shoe, the girl repeated the wrong size and cited she knew where the correct size was. For what? So I can watch you play hot potato for another 10 minutes. I was just trying it on so I’d know what size to order from Nike. Not worth the time, and soon these incompetent people will be working elsewhere, so beware-"

"I was driving by and saw the store. I decided to see what they have in stock. Walked to the door tried both doors and they were locked. It might of been closed due to covid hours which I understand. But I check my watch it was 6:55 p.m. The sign said they close 9p.m. We looked inside they had guests in there. We noticed a sign that a limit of 22 people. Counted the people in there and they didnt even have 10 counting employees. No one came to the door to tell us "hey we are closed", which we would of understood but to have us stand there and look like we are trying to break in when the employees are talking 15 feet away from us is poor customer service."
