"As a tourist visiting Miami, I am super disappointed on how I was treated at the store. I purchased a pair of shoes to gift my mom, unfortunately they were uncomfortable and too high for her, the shoes were unused! I was not asking for a refund but an exchange, I don’t live in US and 30 had passed by. The manager was extremely incompetent and rude, I was brushed off and told to contact customer service who in fact does not answer! Horrible experience and a waste of $148 dollars plus tax."

"I ordered two pairs of the most beautiful sandals, so gorgeous and well-made but unfortunately they were a bit too big. Since I don’t live in Florida I decided to call the store and chatted with wonderful Mila and asked to help me. Those shoes were final sale, however, Mila was able to make an exception for me, and she was so sweet and helpful. I will be definitely shopping with Schutz again."

"Very disappointed in the customer service at this location. I was visiting from Argentina and was excited to finally visit the store in person but the store manager was rathe rude to me when I approached her and spoke to her in spanish. She rolled her eyes at me and rudely informed me she did not speak spanish. As I was being helped by another associate, I over heard the manager making comments about me and why I assumed she spoke spanish instead of english. Very sad with this interaction and treatment."
