"This business is a scam. Micheal better is a thief and a scam artist. I paid a little over $100 for 2 pairs of shoes to get fixed. The one pair i did get back was terrible quality. I would have been better off buying shoe glue on Amazon and doing it myself. And the second pair they lost. I went back several times to try and get a resolution, but the business owner and his employees are unprofessional and they don't care at all. Save yourself some money, peace and time and go somewhere else."

"I took my Louis Vuitton purse handle to be repaired because it was coming unglued about an inch or so. This is something that I could probably had fixed myself but because it’s such an expensive purse I took it to a professional. What I thought was a professional! The repair cost me $40 and it’s the worst job I have ever seen. You can see the repair from a mile away so unhappy with the service provided spoke to the owner and didn’t offer any real solution. If I would’ve taken the time to read his previous reviews, I would have not taken my purse handle to him. Please don’t spend your money on such a sloppy job. Take it elsewhere."

"Horrible place. Wish i could do negative stars. I went in to check how much it would be to glue the bottom of a pair of sandals. The price was $41 and obviously i found that ridiculous for sandals and mentioned it would be cheaper to just buy a new pair. The owner was offended and told me horrible things. He even mentioned that with the car i was driving i would be able to afford the $41. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Worst person i have ever met in customer service and ridiculous prices. I don’t even know how they are still open."
