Burger King

"I was there last night. I ordered a vanilla milkshake. I was really looking forward to it. The guy who made it was not paying attention to his job, I was. It overflowed, so he took it to the trashcan and proceeded to dump the excess off. He wasted about a third of the shake. A young woman came over and proceeded to wipe the excess off of the rim with a dirty cloth. I told them that I didn't want it and why. I walked out without my shake and money that I paid for. I am done with them."

"I stood in the lobby for three minutes before I decided to say something to an employee because no one had even acknowledge or said anything to me (and I was the only person I the restaurant) . The absolute worst service that I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant. I was also accused of being racist because I was the only white person in the restaurant and there was four Black people working. Absolutely will never return to this business again, and I will make sure that everyone I know is aware of the experience that I had. I own a business about a half a mile down the street from this location and I’d be very appalled if I found out, my employees were treating customers as as yours did, I really don’t care what or if you will really do anything for me, I’m just really pissed off that that’s how business conducted in my town and it’s considered acceptable. At some level, I doubt that that location of your Burger King is actually making money because of that customer service, good luck"

"I like the taste of their biscuit, bacon, egg and cheese breakfast meal compared to all other fast food stores. They have always been polite and patient when taking orders. +++ The dine in area has always been very clean at the two stores I go to."

"Several days ago I stopped at window service after I ordered they asked me to back up to door. People started to peep. Did not get a receipt with the order. Today 10-7-23 Went into store asked for a whopper with Cheese a junior whopper and a medium fry, as I was walking to the car I looked in the bag and there was only a junior whopper with cheese and a medium fry. I feel mad and that this is hurting Burger King."
