"I am so livid about this place. I communicated with some female promptly about dropping my dog off before 8am the day before for a grooming appointment. It was very set in stone, I went to drop her off the next morning for grooming and nobody was there. I called 3 times and no one answered. I sat there for 10 minutes hoping someone would pull up. I THEN had to drop my dog off back home which was very inconvenient making me 45 minutes late to work. She then tries to call me 30 minutes after the appointment was set. I was so livid I just blocked the number. I could have gotten fired over this, this is not how you run a business and is VERY unprofessional!!!!"
