"Update: I brought my two Yorkie puppies here. A couple of days after grooming, their ears got very red and irritated and they started shaking their heads a lot. I took them to the vet and they both had ear infections. One dog- one ear so infected it had pus and ear canal was red. Other dog- both ears red and had tiny cuts inside. We thought that it was because of the tape put on their ears to keep them up. So we didn’t put blame on the groomer. We spent $350 on vet bills. Brought them back again for another grooming after a couple of months. This time, after picking them up from grooming, driving home I noticed they had so much water in their ears. I called the vet and was told to bring them in, the vet dried their ears but unfortunately it had gotten into their ear canal as well. The vet also pointed out that they both had open wounds in their ears. She mentioned that it seemed to have been from groomer using clippers inside the ears and cutting them in multiple places because they likely were moving or from the groomer using improper techniques to remove ear hairs. They both had cuts with blood coming out. Vet treated the wounds and gave us medicine we had to put in their ears for a week to prevent infection. The dogs were in visible pain and shaking their head constantly. Horrible experience. Spent $500 on vet bills and medicine. Left my boy looking so good! He had gotten a VERY uneven cut at another place and they were able to even put his hair and listened to my desires on cut. (No shaved nose, ear hairs long, paws, etc) and suggested we do certain things for the"

"I have been using Yorkie Love Grooming for the past 15 years. First with my Pomeranian, Sasha who died at age 15 in 2016. They always did a great job. When Sasha passed away, I needed to get another pet. So.. where did I go for advice? Yorkie Love, of course. Alina was great! I had never owned a Yorkie, but I figured okay, let me give that breed a try. She put me in contact with someone she knows that breeds Yorkies, Elizabeth called me and asked me what I was looking for. About a week later, she sent me pics of three Yorkies she had for sale. I saw pic #3 and it was love at first sight!!! On 11/3/2017, Elizabeth brought the puppy to my home. Since then she has been a joy and a delight. I named her "Shulamit" which is a derivative of the Hebrew word for "Shalom", i.e. Peace. I still continue to take her to Yorkie Love for her baths and haircuts. I would not trust anyone else. The staff is professional, extremely pleasant. I have no words with which to describe them, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you, Alina and staff."
