You rate a place for it's quality of service, not because you didn't like the way you cooked it and didn't like the taste... Especially if your family enjoyed it... That's your answer. "Fantastic customer service! I initially contacted them by email and got a response within 48hrs. When I needed to change details of my order, they responded with no problem. I called to order a whole pig on the phone and it was a bit rocky, but confirmed everything through email correspondence (usually about 48hrs between messages) and everything went smoothly! I picked up a fresh, cleaned, prepared 50lb whole pig ready for roasting with absolutely no problem! Very pleasurable experience, I will definitely be using this market again!"
