"I don’t recommend this store. The manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. I went Into the store one night maybe 30 to 45 minutes before closing and he said all orders are to go implying I was not welcome to eat there. Normally a business treats all customers as though it’s no where near closing and are served the same as they would be during the day or early evening. Not at this store. Even if the store is close to closing they should not be told all orders are to go implying they can’t eat in the store and should be treated as a welcome guest and welcome to eat in if they so choose even if eating inside it gets to closing time. All they have to do is lock the door as any other restaurant would do. This manager has been extremely rude on several visits I don’t even understand how he can even keep is job. He talks down to customers and on the last visit he was not only talking down to me but his employees as well. Anybody reading this I would recommend going to another location. My order I intended to be for dine in ended up having to be take out because he doesn’t value his customers"

"So can you believe I asked these people to make something they have the ingredients for and they refused it. I will never ever in my life ever set foot into this establishment again nor will I ever recommend anyone to go here and I will see to it that anyone who I know does never set foot into this establishment. So here's the funny thing, they have chicken strips they have bread they have cheese they have mayo that means they can make a chicken strip sub. But they refused it. I guess they must be making some really good business to refuse business. Do yourselves a favor there's so many choices on this trip that are way better than them. Just stay away from this place. I promise you it will be good for you. So I was about to walk away but the guy inside the store decided to get snippy with me because I was taking pictures. This is the guy who denied me the meal. Now he wants to try to do something and it's too late. By the way this guy was pretty rude on his second approach to me. I've heard overall this place is not that great anyways they are a Jersey Mike's wannabe but they don't come close to the quality or products that Jersey Mike's has so at the end of the day Charlie's is just a second rate Jersey subs who doesn't really carry the quality or the intelligence to run a business. Go to Jersey Mike's instead."

"Food good, customer service is ok not very talkative or social staff .The big downside would be its always very hot and smokey inside so can't ever eat inside but usually get togo"

"They work fast and the person that gave me my food was very respectful and polite. I would eat here more frequently. Also the place is looks clean and maintained."

"Really great food, and a fun experience getting to see (and smell!) the food getting grilled right in front of me! Very friendly and fast service, generous portions, and we enjoy the shaded outdoors seating at Waterford Lakes. When getting a meal, the ultimate fries are just a dollar more than the regular fries and worth it -- lots of cheesy bacony goodness! Even the shakes are a pretty good deal - more shake for the buck than certain fast food stops in the area. On our latest trip, we tried out the bourbon chicken cheesesteak, and it was delicious! I hope that option stays around for a while. :)"
