"I recently relocated to the area and luckily Groomobile was highly recommended by someone with a similar dog breed. My dog Sadie is a cranky senior who is blind and has extreme anxiety when it comes to being groomed. When I first adopted Sadie, I had to wait in the parking lot of multiple groomers because she was just so terrified and bad, they couldn't finish the grooming. While we have some comical pictures it just made things worse. She finally had to be medicated then completely sedated by the veterinarian for them to just shave her. We found a wonderful groomer in SC who had limitless patience who worked with her for 4 years so she could be groomed without anxiety or medication. With all of that in mind I decided to visit the shop first to see how Sadie would act and to see if they would be patient and kind to my girl. The visit went great and while the groomer was busy, she never made us feel rushed while telling our story and asking questions. She even suggested we make an appointment for a different day so she could have a larger block of time for some one on one and to be able to give Sadie the breaks she needs. Fast forward to the day of the appointment. I sat in the parking lot for about a half hour anticipating the worst, but it never happened! I went back to pick her up and she was happy, exploring the shop, and as close to perfectly groomed as she has ever allowed. To say I'm thrilled with Groomobile and Jen is an understatement, they are our new furever place for grooming!"
