"My experience with Furology was a positive one up until today. Generally I’ve been willing to put up with the need to pull out cash for visits and the limited hours. My husband and I also received a raving review about the business. After my husband dropped our pup off, he gave me the cash, and told me approximately when I’d need to get him (about 12pm). I then called Furology to check in on exact timing. I also knew the facility primarily had his phone number to get in touch with so I wanted to make sure they had mine as well because my husband sleeps during the day for his night shift/wouldn’t answer the phone. Unfortunately whoever picked up the phone at Furology was clearly very assumptive and extremely rude when I inquired about this saying they didn’t know why my husband would tell me he’d be ready at 12pm, then continued to cut me off in conversation. At 12pm, they gave another 3-4 hours extra of when our pup would be ready even though he was dropped off at 10am. Then they called when I was in the middle of work/interviewing a candidate. I admit I keep notifications limited during the day because there’s an incredibly amount of distraction with them so it was my fault for missing when they called. I apologized immensely for missing it but still the person on the phone was very cold towards me. When I arrived, one of the employees maintained a very unwelcoming demeanor and zero empathy. I definitely won’t be back."

"It was easy to get an appointment on short notice! Only complaint is my pups paws got nicked/irritated during the grooming and has been licking them a lot since. Otherwise, overall ok experience!"

"Professional and wonderful to work with! When I dropped off our pride and joy (3 yr old golden retriever), we were immediately greeted by the owner, Rachel. All of the employees were wearing masks, and they had signs visible in the business dictating what additional steps they're taking to help keep us safe during the pandemic. They did an amazing job on our pup! Furology is the only grooming business we will use. Thanks for a great job!"
