"Folks running the place are very kind and welcoming. I walked in (just for nail trim) with out appointment and they had no problem squeezing me in. My dog has trachea issues and they worked around his problems by hooking him up to the table differently. They even took the time to explain to me HOW TO cut his nails. I assume most places don't bring you around back and explain to you how to do what your paying them for, but these folks did. Now I know how to better do it myself next time, but I would much rather come support a local business with nice staff/owners and see all the pups waiting in the doggy area! Also "Chip", the face of the business is mighty cute! Definitely recommend, definitely will be back!"
