"HANDS DOWN THE BEST GROOMER ! We took our dogs here today and let me say my one dog Ralph is a Lab Schnauzer mix and he looked rough. Well now he looks better than ever and doesn’t know how to act with his new haircut. She was so nice and very professional. We will continue to bring our fur babies here from now on."
"Sheila is awesome, she is so kind and caring, takes great care of my pets. She has moved to 475 North Volusia ave, orange city Florida"
"Sheila has always been there for me. She loves the animals as they are her very own. She has been grooming for over 20 years. She is professional and does an excellent job"
"My poor Dog. I took my lab here to get shaved. Dropped him off at 9am and picked him up at 5pm. Before I could pay he pulled his way out of the door and relieved himself, a lot. The lady working there explained that she didn't let him out because he is big and she was scared of him running away. I found this odd, since her job is working with dogs on a daily basis. When I got him home he went straight for his water bowl and drank the whole thing. I refilled it and he drank another half a bowl. I deduced that he had not been given any water all day either. After looking closely at the "hack job" haircut that my dog received I noticed several nicks on his skin. I wasn't overly worried until three weeks later and they were still there. I took him to the vet and was told that he has mites and has to take three different medications to get rid of them. I am writing this review at the behest of my Vet who said, "the only way this could happen was from substandard cleanliness of the facility and their utensils." Never take your pet here. I wish I could give a negative score."
