"This place has really gone downhill since the original owner Charlie passed. The new owner Samantha is VERY rude. The way she speaks to her customers is a disgrace! If she can handle her customer with that mean and nasty attitude which says A LOT about her character! I can only imagine what she does to the poor animals that are left in her care. Customer service is everything in business and when you as the owner lack that your business will fail. I hope that she gets a reality check and get her attitude together! 0/10 I do not recommend! UPDATE: the fact that your response back was about $10 shows that you missed the entire point of the post. The fact of the matter is how you treat people that patronize your business! You say “we’re not going to run you to an early grave” but the way you talk to people may very well be the reason you end up there! So I would watch the tone in which you speak to your customers now you be blessed ma’am."

"I have 2 dogs a Shih Tzu Poodle mix that Samantha and her employees have been grooming for about 10 yrs. I also have a chihuahua Pomeranian that she has been grooming for a couple of years. I would not take them to anyone else. I highly recommend this business."
