"Should not even get 1 star. Here’s the short version. 1. They didn’t cut him dry like I suggested. He had a beautiful long coat all brushed out. 2. After 4 1/2 hours they called said he needed to be shaved- too tangled. 3. The cost was DOUBLED what I was quoted. 4. He got a poodle cut with a shaved body and his testicles were shaved to the skin - red and irritated. I took photos. Suit yourself folks ask lots of questions before you surrender your pooch into their care. I will not return!"

"We've taken our dog here 3 times, and all 3 times it was never done correctly. I'm one to give chances but 3rd time was the charm. Don't recommend this place whatsoever. Between shortcuts to get haircuts done faster to poor bathing, there's FAR better options for the money. Didn't appreciate the poor excuses every time either. Honesty would have helped a lot."
