"We took our dogs here in the past, but this place has really gone downhill since our last visit last year. They really need to clean up the place and repaint it in the outside and clean up to make the place presentable overall. My dog was there for over six hours, a regular groomer takes two hours tops because 1) they are now closed on Mondays, hence more dogs - and cats - squeezed in together during the week; and 2) the groomer said she had something more important to do, so we (the paying customers) all had to wait. Well, if that’s how she is going to treat her customers, then she should just close the place down and do whatever else it was that she had to do. She said, “Well, I had something more important that I had to do.” Really? Then she should have told us when we made the appointment. My poor dog came home with a raw cut on her bottom that must hurt as she is constantly licking the wound, and I’m treating with aloe. Seems like she was in such a hurry, she cut and injured my dog. We will never be back! We have something more important to do! Update: My poor Yorkie was clipped too close on the bottom. She was licking and licking (in pain) so we took her to the vet. Our vet confirmed that she clipped and we had to get medicine to spray on our poor fur baby. This grooming visit also cost us a vet visit and vet and medicine bills."
