Fallon's Mobile Pet Grooming

"Never have used them before. Had 1 pm appointment today: no show. Very disappointed, no idea why they didn’t show up. Called at 2 and was told they were running late but would still be here. That evening, the owner texted me and apologized for no show, said had a family emergency.. Owner volunteered to come two days later . No show once again, no reply to my text message even though it was read. No idea what's going on with this groomer, would have been nice to at least gotten a reply. Poor customer service. We were very surprised since we had heard so many positive comments."
