"I was not pleased with this place. I had an appointment for 10:30 am and never received a call to let me know that my dog was done. I finally went to check on him at 2:00 pm and they didn’t even start grooming him or take him out to go potty. So disappointed. If your not going to start grooming him until 2:00 don’t have me bring him at 10:30am"
