"The restaurant was empty and the service was very slow. In fact one of the employees told me that all the other employees were "busy". The rest of the evening was more slow, but friendly service. The food was good, but nothing great. I tried the shrimp appetizer and the fried chicken salad."

"Terrible service, food we got was not what we ordered and that was too bad for us. Don't waste your time! Glass was cracked and leaking water everywhere. We asked to have it replaced and get rid of the water. They didn't even do that. Water ended up on the floor. Even that wasn't cleaned up. We waited and waited on a pitcher of drinks, finally went up and asked them to give it to us, ice was melting in it."

"The place inside was empty, a outside was full but the music was so loud. About the food, they serve a couple wings under cook, after wait so long for them to fixed and finish cook the rest we cancel that order and they took that wings from the check but they still give you the tip option with the wing price include. The service with Gabriel was attentive with good attitude. The other think that I can mention was the smell when you enter the restaurant around the hostess stand was nasty!"

"The menu has something for everyone but our faves are the tacos and the Brussel Sprouts. Ingrid our fabulous server is THE BEST and honestly the reason I look forward to coming back. I will say the bathrooms need more attention but I know you cannot control how your guests "behave"."

"The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable. Their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled. The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. Hence, I consider myself a regular. However, I felt compelled to write a review due to an exceptional staff member (Lorena) that took notice of my frown and turned it upside down with her hospitality. This will always be my go to "Cheers" bar! Management does a stellar job in hiring and training."
