"I have spent thousands of dollars at this store. Not wanting support the chain brands like footlocker and finishline. I will never spend a dime in there again. That rude manager with them crusty lashes is who came from the back is an idiot because why she sold me just a week prior all because I didn’t want to take off my hoodie you could see my whole face. Just ghetto!!. This was really our go to store. This location was so much better when the other manager who we have not see him in a while was there. Take my hard earn money somewhere else!"

"That light skin lady that I ASSUME is the Manager has a disgusting attitude! How on earth does she have a position here is beyond me. But I guess since this is a Urban culture company, this is expected huh?!?! We have to except low class, disgusting attitudes because the store targets black people huh? I was buying clothes for my teenaged son online and had to go in to store to remove security button that they left on it. They also did not send an item. So reluctantly I had to go to the physical store and be faced with even more frustration from they disgusting employee you have. Ghetto personality! Do better, black people deserve great customer service as well as nice quality items ! Disgusted!"

"Manager tranese is the absolute worst customer service worker I have ever dealt with. She always has a demeaning attitude towards me when I arrive at the store.the store is great when she is not there. I would never send s family member or friend to this store."
