"Love their new slip on sneakers. That are awesome and super comfortable. I had bought another pair and the second pair for the discount they didn’t have my size. They were very accommodating and sold me th 1 pair at a discount and ordered the second pair at a discount to be delivered. The shoes were delivered in 7 days and when I opened the box I noticed that the bottoms were dirty meaning the shoes were previously worn and returned. I called the corporate office and they were not very accommodating telling me to bring them back to the store (15miles from my house) and return them and they will order a new pair for you. I didn’t like the answer as they should have taken care of this immediately and had me return the shoes and send me out another pair that are NEW! I love the sneakers but their customer service rating is a 1 !!!! Too bad as they have a good thing but with the way I was treated I’ll never buy another pair of these. Bye Bye you blew me off so I’m done with your sneakers and back to Nike."

"I was having difficulty finding any sufficient pair of dress shoes for my work. I found one in the clearance area but it was too small. The sales associate Kiara not only looked it up for me and tried to find a pair I could order from another store, but she also looked for similar shoes for me. She was a rockstar. Very friendly and finally after much searching she found my size in another style. I will be back to this location, they have super employees (and pretty good shoes. )"

"This store has a great selection of shoes. There are lots of options for different styles. No matter what type of shoes you are looking for, they seem to have it. The associates at this store are also very friendly and helpful. As soon as I walked in, someone greeted me and asked if I needed any help finding anything. When I did have questions about sizes or styles, the associates were very patient and took the time to ensure I found the perfect pair of shoes.
