"I was having heel pain and walking to the bathroom in the middle of the night was painful. Ron suggested Kenoka (I think that's what they're called) sandals and I wore them for about 7 or 8 hours, went to bed and had zero pain in the middle of the night. I'd say they work. I also bought shoes and inserts, but held one star because I've not had a chance to wear them for more than an hour so far."

"My wife and I went after a recommendation from some friends. I purchased insoles and shoes. I have never been so disappointed. Salesman kept up selling us. The $200 shoes are already breaking down, the very expensive insoles are a joke. They slid to one side of my shoes causing a lot of pain. Have decided this store is not in the business of helping anyone except to separate them from their money. I would like to add to this review. Actually I would like to post a whole new review. This company is not worth spending money at. After my first review I was told to call the store in St. Petersburg, which I did. Of course I got the runaround of" bring the items back, and we will make it all right". Next, I receive a phone call from one of their suppliers saying that they were notified. I was having issues ordering a pair of shoes. Guess you can't even get my problems correct? Then my wife receives a call from someone in their office requesting that we call them back immediately so that we can get this matter resolved. 3 days later. 20 phone calls later and several voicemails later, you guessed it. They still haven't called us back. This company is a total joke."

We were looking for a great shoe for walking while we visit Rome. He scanned our feet and made great recommendations for both of us. It was such a pleasure to hear such great and hope eat suggestions from a store manager. Thank you so much for your help, suggestions, honesty and helping get our shoes shipped. Highly recommended!"
