"Natalie, the cashier, was so helpful with my Transaction #323727. She is really quite special being able to sense a customers frustration without hearing a word! She asked me if I needed help, graciously led me to what I was looking for and then asked if I needed anything else. After what had been a very frustrating time trying to get to the outlet mall (Google maps sent me aroun on the I-4 expressway 4 times) and then trying to figure out how to get into the mall and then find Puma, I was exhausted and ready to give up. Then your lovely Natalie appeared and made my shopping experience perfect-right down to the checkout. Natalie is a wonderful employee!!! Please appreciate her!!!"

"The worst management and customer service I've ever seen , I'm a loyal member of puma for several years , I stopped going to this store for years because of the rude treatment of the management, they always bring the wrong person to manage the store , unfortunately i decided to go back and buy a soccer shoe couple of weeks ago and wanted to wear it yesterday, it was very uncomfortable and i couldn't play with it, the fabric is very bad and hard on my feet so I decided to return today around 1:00 pm, the lady who called (Aliya) who mentioned she is the second manager was so rude ,unprofessional to me and didn't understand my situation, her treatment made me feel like I'm dealing with scammers. After she talked to another manager in another language she didn't want to return it as I wore it , I explained to her that I just wore it only yesterday to try it but I didn't play with it because it's uncomfortable and it's still new.. she insisted to bother me and made me feel bad and when I asked about the other manager she said he is not available and she is the one in charge then she told me please move from the line to take the next customer I was shocked then i took my shoe back telling her that's the worst treatment I've ever seen and I'll never come back Shame on her for treating a customer that way knowing that I was very respectful and friendly with everyone there I don't care if you didn't reply here to me because I have reported and escalated my issue to the corporate office under her name"

"This outlet store has some really good bargains. A lot of their merchandise was 30% off. Their clearance section was 75% off. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. It is a great place to go if you love the puma brand!"
