"I've tried twice to get a pair of boots, theres always a sign that says "be back soon" but that's not the case! I've tried calling, walked around the mall and still nothing! Your site says you're "open"! So which is it?? I really wanted those boots"

"I wish I could give them 0 star. These people don't know what customer service mean, specially this girl name Rachel, this girl doesn't have any business working around people. That's my second time at the store both times were very unpleasant. Never again! By the way all these 5 stars are probably from family members or people that work there who are trying to improve their rating."

"Would NEVER go back to the boynton Beach location, very rude customer service person, she was speaking to a young man, upon entering the store, the young man left and her attitude was as if I was interrupting her, there was no one else in the store and she did not move from where she was standing to help me or answer my questions, when she did answer it was like she can’t be bothered, I went there to purchase three pairs of men shoes, which I was told from the palm beach garden location( very nice rep )that they had, which Boynton Beach location told me she did not have without even trying to help, I check on line and it was showing the shoes were there, so you just lost a sale, I called another location where I had a very nice young lady helped me and sure enough I got my three paid of shoes there. Apparently she don’t care because when pay day come she still gets her pay(04/30/2018) because of the other two reps I will shop at Aldo but not Boynton Beach location, the two reps at the pbg mall were so nice I had to purchase something from them even though I did not get what I went to buy. So everyone I recommend going to the pbg, Wellington or boca raton location"
