"The “manager” inside said I could not return shoes because they were “worn”. I wore them once outdoors after I made sure to check with her that they were okey to return after I tried them on. She insisted that she told me they had to be unworn. If that had been the case I would not have bought them in the first place because I needed to know how they would be outdoors. How are you supposed to try on shoes without wearing them? She would not refund my money and was extremely rude even after I explained to her that I only bought these shoes because she confirmed that I could return them. Never going back! Horrible customer service"
