Shoe Carnival

"Visited 12/23/23. I didn't buy anything but employee Randy was amazing. He surely went above and beyond to help me find some shoe's. I didn't find what I was looking for, but if I did. I would want Randy's assistant. Thank you for your assistance Randy."

"Two Black ladies and a little girl about 4 years old were looking at shoes. One of the ladies asked to if they had a restroom and a young Black gentleman working there said yes. The other Hispanic lady working in the store took a look at them and immediately said that restroom was closed for the rest of the day. The little girl was showing signs like she really had to pee. I said something to the Hispanic lady about it and she shrugged her shoulder like she didn’t care. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth because the other workers in that store have always been welcoming in the past."

"I walked in and no one greeted me nor tried to help me. I walked around looking for the boots and finally found them on my Own. As I walked along the store I noticed there was a large selection of shoes it was a nice clean store. Finally choose my shoes after about 15min and went to pay(still was not ask if I needed help) I was attended by Don he was very polite and professional. The boots I bought seem high quality and were on sale. This store seem like it could be great with a little bit more customer satisfaction training."

"Great place for shoes. Always have the buy one get one half off. I went there just this past Tuesday around 8-ish. My rough son busted his shoes in the middle of the week and the manager Cindy was so very helpful in helping me find good durable shoes that fit him properly and that fit my budget specifically. She was kind sweet and patient with me and my very hyper son and after my long day at work I am so very grateful for her assistance! Customer service matters to me wherever I spend my hard earned money and I will continue to be a loyal customer because of employees like Ms.Cindy! Way to go! Great job!!!"
