"Bad experience with Steve Madden quality, and customer service. The "manager" Tatiana is not a person that should manage a Store. I purchased the pair of shoes 2 week’s ago for my daughter’s Christmas present. She used it twice and the second day the sole was broke off just walking. I went to the store with the receipt and the pair of shoes basically new, Tatiana the rude manager was not helping at all, she was just blaming, with a bad attitude and repeating this many times. No warranty once you wear the shoes or with a sing of use. If you try shoes in store is worn already and if you leave without checking for any defects the Steve Madden store are not responsible anymore. This is a bad Chinese quality shoe store. without any warranty. No customer service. Poor management."
