Shoe Carnival

"Alissa or Alicia, "the manager" is mean and rude. It is true that my kids were running a bit at the store. But they stopped as soon as I asked the to. However, then " the manager" reprimanded them because my kids were spinning the wheel, according to her, too many times. The wheel that is there to be sppined. She claimed that the wheel was not a toy. Well lady, here is your bad review of a pissed of mom. Maybe next time you will be nice to innocent kids. Way to scare customers away!"

"Such an amazing experience today! We got 9 pairs of shoes! They have such great selection and even a good clearance section too! I opened an account, so I can start accumulating points because I know I will def be coming back for sure. Everything was so clean and very well organized! Huge shout out to Tevin, the manager and Athena our cashier. I got to spin the wheel and Tevin made it super incredibly fun by clapping to see what my prize was going to be. These two def made my shopping experience so worth it. If corporate is reading this, definitely do something nice for these two because they sure deserve it. I’ve been to another shoe carnival and I will not go back there. The customer service that was provided exceeding my expectations!! Nowadays it’s become so hard to find workers that want to work or just don’t provide this quality of service. Thank you a million times Athena and Tevin! You guys are the real MVPs!! Keep killing it. I’ll be back and hope to see you guys again!!"

"My first time here. They seem to have a rewards program. It sounded like a good idea. I signed up for it at the register. It's a big shoe store and accessories. I saw socks, candy, purses, and other stuff inside. Today I stopped in looking for Bew Balance shoes. I googled it and this turned up to be one of the stores that carry it around here. They had a small selection on New Balance. I did see a pair I liked. They do have every other brand here, rows of selections. I came for a particular type of shoes but could not stop eyeing the other shoes. They have nice things here and prices are good. I will probably be back for more."

"It was a very nice store. Large inventory, clean and organized. Not a lot of people in the store for Holiday Shopping. The shoes were pricey for Shoe Carnival. I have always known Shoe Carnival to be moderately priced."

"I love shopping online lately, but today I visited the new store. Loved that there is so much to choose from and so many sales each week. I especially love having the store nice and new. Staff was helpful and friendly. Can’t wait to go back and buy more shoes. The bogo sale was nice"
