"The store has limited inventory and doesn't have stock of most sizes. I might attribute this to the holidays but they take the tops off all the boxes and throw them away.. so you dont even get a complete shoe box. These things are annoying and make the store a let down, but what pushed me over the top is the "music" that was playing. I am assuming the 2 employees were the ones who selected the music because I don't know of any corporate office would approve of music containing such vulgarity being played in a location where children are present. The "songs" were blatantly disrespectful and vulgar. I had to take my kids out of the store after the first few f-bombs and rapping about things kids should not be hearing were blasted around the store. Needless to say, I'm never going back to that store."

"Went on a Saturday and it was kind of busy but not hectic/busy. An associate with blond frosted hair saw me walk in and looking around but never approached to ask if I needed help. I'm thinking, No big deal, some people browse on their own and if they don't see what they're looking for, *then* ask an associate. But I saw him walk up to other people who entered the store after I did and ask them if they needed help finding something. Hmmm. Anyway, another associate came up to me and asked me if I needed help finding something and checked in the back for me. When they didn't have the sneakers I was looking for he made some other suggestions for other stores to check in the mall and gave me directions on where they stores were. Great job! My reason for 4 stars. I have a customer service background so I'm keen on acknowledgement of a customer walking into an establishment or calling. I saw no reason for the first guy not to approach me like he did the people that came in directly after me. I'll always remember what the owner of one of businesses i worked for at the front desk ages ago. He used to say. "Always 'Hi' 'em and' Bye' 'em""

"This Converse store is small compared to the Nike store right in front of it but don't let it deceive you. You can find some nice, trendy chucks here. You may find it convenient that all the shoes are labeled with women and men's sizes for your convenience. Bought some nice metallic grey chucks this past weekend (pictured). The staff was also friendly and introduced me to the ongoing sale so I can find the right deal on the other pair of shoes. Get yourself a nice pair of shoes from here if you can and take advantage of the current sales."
