"The blonde guy who work there. Is not helpful at all. He sales me a purse for a gift and I give him my email to send the receipt. Two days after I went to return the purse because I change my mind of Christmas present for a friend, but he told me I can’t return the bag because I didn’t have the actual receipt and I didn’t find the e-receipt . The purse was completely new, exactly the same way he gave me the purse. I know they work by commissions but customer always go first. I was thinking in make another purchase and just for his actitud trying to not help I left. In another ALDO STORE they help me to return the purse."
