"i recieved my daughter shoes yesterday,about 20 minutes before she got home from school.i opened the box to check everything was correct because we had an issue where they charged my aunts card twice.i opened it and the shoes look used,my daughter is frustrated at this point and just wants to keep them,but the first time it was too big (my aunts fault,so we returned those and got a smaller size shipped to my house)and now they are her size but she said its a little loose ,they def. look used.i gave 3 stars because we love this store but its 2 incidents in the same transaction."
